Marco Lamandini is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar since 1992 (first in his class), with a long-standing practice as transactional lawyer, advisor and litigator. He is of counsel of La Scala. He is also retained by the ECB as one of its external legal advisors.

He regularly sits as a national or international arbitrator in both ad hoc and administered arbitration. In 2012 he has been appointed by the European Commission in the roaster of arbitrators to hear financial disputes under the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Korea.

He sits in the Organo di Vigilanza 231 of Prometeia, Prometeia Advisor SIM, Lamborghini and Ducati

He is fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of German.
